Hackensack, NJ - April 25, 2000 --- Net2Phone Inc. (NASDAQ: NTOP) today announced that it has appointed Morris Berger as Chief Marketing Officer of Net2Phone. Mr. Berger was recently promoted from Vice President of Marketing to this new position.

As CMO, Mr. Berger will enhance and leverage Net2Phone's current strategic relationships, including those with America Online, RealNetworks, and Yahoo!, and grow the company's customer base and consumer offerings. Mr. Berger will also spearhead the launch and distribution of Net2Phone's international IP telephony services, including phone-to-phone calling from over 20 countries utilizing Net2Phone's global IP network.

Mr. Berger, 41, brings strong marketing, advertising, and customer relationship management experience to Net2Phone, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Multimedia Tutorial Services, Inc. (OTCBB: MMTS), a New York-based direct marketing. Prior to that, Mr. Berger was president of Impexco Co., a privately-held international company.
