 Net2Phone Signs Distribution Agreement with Ingram Micro
Leading technology wholesaler to distribute Net2Phone's Internet
telephony hardware solutions
Hackensack, NJ - May 10, 2000 --- Net2Phone Inc. (NASDAQ: NTOP)
today announced that Ingram Micro Inc., the world's largest wholesale
provider of technology products and services, will distribute the
company's new Yap (Your Alternative Phone) Internet telephony product
line in retail outlets nationwide.
Ingram Micro delivers value and efficiency to channel partners
through world-class systems and infrastructure to more than 175,000
resellers in more than 100 countries.

Yap products will make Internet calling easier than ever before.
The Yap line consists of a series of Internet telephony hardware
products designed to enhance Internet calling with and without a
PC. Products are available for both consumers and businesses and
enable all users to save significantly on long distance costs. All
Yap products come with both hardware and $10 worth of calling time.

Ingram Micro will distribute the following YAP products:
- Yap Headset: Allows for hands-free phone calls. The Yap Headset
simply plugs into the multimedia soundcard of a computer for hands
free calling.
- Yap Phone: Designed to resemble a traditional telephone, the
Yap Phone plugs into the USB port of the computer.
- Yap Jack: Net2Phone's Internet Appliance, allows you to plug
an ordinary telephone into the Yap Jack and then plug the Yap
Jack directly into an ordinary analog phone jack. This then allows
you to place Internet phone calls without a PC at reduced rates
with exceptional VOIP quality.
Yap Multimax: Yap's Corporate Solution. The Yap Multimax allows
for up to 6 lines, each of which capable of making calls, faxes,
etc. while maintaining an Internet connection.
Net2Phone plans to unveil more Yap products by the end of the
year, including solutions for Voice over DSL and Voice over IP for
Cable.
