Net2Phone Rolls Out YAP Enterprise Solutions
Proven consumer VoIP device division expands to small-to-mid sized businesses with new line of hardware designed for corporate usage

Las Vegas, NV & Newark, NJ -- November 13, 2000 -- Net2Phone Inc. (NASDAQ: NTOP) today unveiled a new line of devices designed to make Internet calling easier for small to mid-sized businesses. The company’s YAP (Your Alternative Phone) group, which has seen great adoption on its new consumer business, has launched YAP Business Connections product line, creating a family of state of the art, turnkey hardware/software/service solutions that allows business to make multiple low cost telephone calls and faxes simultaneously over the Net2Phone network. 

YAP Business Connections products work with existing LANs or broadband connections to ensure high-quality calling without additional investment in infrastructure and telecom lines. YAP Max 8/16, and the YAP Max T-1/E-1, the first two products rolled out and will be showcased at this year’s COMDEX in Las Vegas (Booth #4823 in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center). The YAP Max 8/16 allows users to make up to 16 simultaneous phone calls over Net2Phone’s global network. The YAP Max T-1/E-1 provides a simple interface to existing enterprise users PBX and allows up to 24/30 simultaneous voice or facsimile calls over the Net2Phone’s global network. The company is also planning on rolling out IP Phones that plug directly into LAN connections.

In the debut of the YAP Business Connections product line at VARVision show, a Gartner Event, at The Gartner Group’s VARVision show last month, YAP Business Connections received the "Best Product Award" in the communications category. Net2Phone will market YAP Business Connections products through VARs and resellers, enabling them to enjoy on-going revenue from services as well as from the sale of hardware.
