 IDTs Net2Phone Introduces Click2Talk, Bridging E-Commerce
and Customer Service
E-Commerce drastically enhanced with new free and seamless Web-to-phone
calling product
Hackensack, NJ. April 27, 1998 IDT Corporation (NASDAQ:

today released a new calling technology enabling computer users
to place calls directly from the World Wide Web to any telephone
in the world. The free plug-in application, Click2Talk, enables
corporations worldwide to enhance E-Commerce radically and expedite
sales by connecting Web surfers directly to a live sales representative
on a telephone. Now Web users will not be inconvenienced by having
to log off the Internet in order to place a telephone call or hesitate

Click2Talk requires no hardware or infrastructure, and is easy to
integrate into a corporate web site. Click2Talk maximizes the impact
of a corporate web site with live interactive voice communication,
thereby enabling users to see products and place orders in the way
in which they are familiar. By adding the Click2Talk icon to a web
site, visitors can talk live to a sales representative, customer
service agent or technical support. Additionally, Click2Talk enables
overseas customers to do business directly without the barrier of
expensive international dialing. Although toll-free numbers don't
work from most overseas countries, Click2Talk breaks that barrier
by routing the call over the Internet until it reaches the U.S.
