IDT’s Net2Phone Launches 30-City International Tour

Educational Internet telephony seminars focusing on phone-to-phone
implementation to be hosted by Net2Phone

Hackensack, NJ – July 13, 1998 – In response to great demand, IDT
Corporation (NASDAQ: IDTC) today announced that it is launching a 30-city
world tour to show business leaders the advantages and features of employing and reselling Internet telephony services.
IDT’s Net2Phone executives and area business partners will share the
benefits of Internet telephony, and how potential resellers can implement a
broad range of IP telephony services, including phone-to-phone services. The all-day educational forums will include presentations, demonstrations and one-on-one meetings with consultants, enabling CIOs, CEOs, and other local leaders to evaluate business opportunities.

Participants will learn how Internet telephony can reduce the price of
international calls, lowering the cost of doing business internationally,
and enable integration of voice, data, fax, and video all on a single IP
line. The Company will also be hosting breakout sessions, which will discuss technical, security, regulatory marketing, and distribution issues.
The Company expects to attract a diverse crowd, ranging from the Fortune 500 company looking to move voice traffic over to IP -- to the SOHO user
interested in incorporating click-to-dial capabilities onto his home page.

The seminars are expected to begin September 1, and will cover Tokyo,
