Net2Phone Signs Distribution Agreement with MacroVoice
Leading hardware manufacturer to offer Net2Phone's Business Connections solutions to Enterprise users through its worldwide network of 4,000 resellers in 42 countries

Newark, NJ -- September 6, 2001 -- Net2Phone, Inc (NASDAQ: NTOP), a leading provider of voice and enhanced services to IP networks, has entered into a relationship with MacroVoice Networks Inc., a leading multi-national manufacturer of voice processing systems and telephony products.

Net2Phone's Business Connections product line is a family of state of the art, turnkey hardware/software/service solutions that work with existing LANs or broadband environments to ensure high-quality calling worldwide. The products offer multiple, simultaneous low cost telephone calls and faxes, plus VoIP features such as remote-dial-in, call-forwarding and real-time account management. The current product line includes the single-port IP Phone, the Max 8/16 allowing up to 16 simultaneous calls, and the Max T-1/E-1 which provides up to 24/30 simultaneous calls. The products can work as stand-alone analog devices, or in conjunction with any PBX or digital telephone system, enhancing the existing corporate infrastructure.
