| Incompatible Accounts |

If you have received the "your account is not compatible"
error message, a version of Net2Phone CommCenter® is not
available for your service yet. To make calls, you will need
to download and install the previous version of our
software.
This may happen if you purchased or acquired
your original software from a source other than the
Net2Phone.com Web site such as one of our worldwide
resellers.
To obtain the earlier version of our
software, you must first un-install Net2Phone CommCenter from
your machine and then click on the following link:

Uninstall Instructions:
1. From
your Windows Start Menu, select Start --> Settings -->
Control Panel
2. Your Control Panel should launch on
your screen, double click on the "Add/Remove Programs"
icon
3. From the menu list of software, select the
listing for Net2Phone CommCenter and click the Remove/Delete
button
