PC2Fax® powered by Net2Fax®
is a feature of Net2Phone CommCenter®
that allows you to send a file from your PC to any fax
machine in the world at incredibly low rates. Net2Phone is
able to provide these low rates because the fax is sent
through the Internet rather than through a standard telephone
line.

| How Do I Use PC2Fax? |
| |
| There are two ways you can send a fax:
1. Click the "PC2Fax" button on Net2Phone
CommCenter (if your version of Net2Phone CommCenter does not
include PC2Fax powered by Net2Fax, then download
the latest version now).
2. Fax a file directly from an application (Microsoft
Word, for example) by choosing "Print" from the
File menu and changing the printer to "PC2Fax."
This works by printing a file to the PC2Fax printer driver.
Once you have clicked the "PC2Fax"
button on Net2Phone CommCenter or printed a file with the
PC2Fax printer driver, you will be prompted to complete the
two-step PC2Fax Wizard (see below).

| How Much Does PC2Fax Cost? |
| |
| You can send a fax to any destination where Net2Phone provides
PC2Phone calls. To see a full list of PC2Fax rates, click
here. The rate to fax a file to the U.S. is $0.10 per page.
You can use your Net2Phone account to make
PC2Phone calls and send faxes using Net2Phone CommCenter software. |

| Do I Need To Open A New Account To Use
PC2Fax? |
| |
| If you already have a Username and Password for Net2Phone
CommCenter, then you do not need to open a new account. If you
have never upgraded to Net2Phone CommCenter and you only have
an Account Number and PIN, you need to upgrade
your account and then download
Net2Phone CommCenter. |

| How Do I Confirm That My Fax Was
Sent Successfully? |
| |
| You will receive an e-mail notifying you if your fax was sent
successfully. You should receive this confirmation within 15
minutes of sending the fax. However, this time may vary depending
on factors beyond our control.
You can also login
and check your complete Fax History, an online record of faxes you have sent and the status of any faxes in progress.
