Net2Phone is sensitive to the private nature of information you provide to us over the Internet. This privacy policy describes how we treat information received about you when you visit our Web site and register on-line for Net2Phone products or services. Information - How We Get It
When you register for our products or services, you will be providing personal information to Net2Phone such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail and other information by which you can be personally identified. You will also be asked to provide demographic information such as zip code and age. If you purchase products or services on our site, you will be asked for financial information such as account or credit card numbers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We also collect usage information from you when you visit us. Web site usage information is not typically personally identifiable information. Additional Data Collection
Our Web site uses reputable third parties to serve the advertisements that you see on the Net2Phone Web site. When you refer a friend to Net2Phone, we will send an e-mail to your friend's e-mail address inviting them to try Net2Phone.

Surveys & Sweepstakes
From time to time our site requests information from users via surveys or sweepstakes. Participation in these surveys or sweepstakes is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (like name and shipping address) and demographic information (such as zip code and age). Contact information will be used to notify sweepstakes winners and award prizes and may be shared with third party sponsors of the sweepstakes. When a user or company signs up to be a Net2Phone affiliate, they do so through Linkshare. Linkshare shares personally identifiable information about affiliates with Net2Phone. Upon registration for Net2Phone products and services, you will receive a welcome e-mail from Net2Phone introducing you to Net2Phone product and service offerings. Corrections/Complaints
Net2Phone shall honor any e-mail requests sent to the above address from customers to change their account information (i.e., name, address or billing information) or otherwise correct inaccurate information. Net2Phone will gladly correct such information and customers are welcome to verify that the appropriate corrections have been made.
